1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MrBird AI at mrbird.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MrBird AI is a document intelligence platform that allows users to index documents from Google Drive or via direct upload, and ask questions about those documents using AI. The Service uses large language models to generate responses based on the content of your documents.
3. User Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or index content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate document management and Q&A
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
5. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all documents and content you upload or connect to the Service. By using the Service, you grant MrBird AI a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your documents.
6. AI-Generated Responses
Responses generated by the AI are based on the content of your documents and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. You should not rely solely on AI-generated responses for critical decisions. MrBird AI is not liable for any actions taken based on AI responses.
7. Usage Limits
Free plan users are subject to monthly limits on chat messages and document indexing. These limits reset every 30 days. Pro plan users have unlimited access subject to fair use. We reserve the right to modify usage limits at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there is a billing error.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in ways that harm the Service or other users. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrBird AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
